Bossieveld Inspiration Gin cocktail

Come rain or shine, winter or summer.

Ingredients:
Ice
25ml Bossieveld Inspiration Gin
25ml cinnamon syrup (recipe below)
ginger ale
1 orange
1 cinnamon stick
2 star anise as garnish

Method:

1. Fill a glass with ice and add gin and cinnamon syrup.
2. Top with ginger ale and garnish with orange peel, cinnamon stick and star anise.

Cinnamon syrup

Ingredients:
100 ml sugar
100 ml water
1 cinnamon stick
2 star anise

Method:

1. Heat all the ingredients in a small pot until simmering.
2. Let simmer for 5 minutes, strain and allow to cool.
3. Store in an airtight container.
